The Vision

In July 2009, Roupa Saroya & Dane Gentles were inspired to create a casual dining restaurant atmosphere with a high quality dining menu featuring chef inspired products and budget conscious families. Their vision simply put; "affordable high quality dining in a casual dining atmosphere." This coupled with an attention to great customer service allows Krazy Cactus to be one of the fastest growing restaurants chains in the full service restaurant marketplace.

Planning for a Franchise

Roupa & Dane were never ones to think small, from day one; their sights were set on creating the infrastructure for a franchise business. The first store opened in July 2009 in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Their 10-year plan included continually testing the menu to offer variety in the product line, increasing the bottom line, strengthening the brand, and constantly measuring their standards against others within the industry. Armed with their vision, & a do-it better attitude, they assembled a management team that has spearheaded the expansion & growth of the concept.
